I agree but that was a problem of epic proportions. Trust me Im not an HT basher. Love the HT. Almost my entire collection is HT. I think most of HT's problems arise from trying to push the envelope of possibilities, which I most adamantly applaud.

I would love if all these companies would keep a blog of company happenings.

That kind of thing. I would give anything to be a fly on the wall at these different companies to see and hear all the good and bad that happens.

There have been reports of loose legs & knees causing the figure to be unable to stand on its' own.

Should I be a little off-put that I'm learning about this on a message board rather than from the company I paid $376 to? I mean, I would expect most companies to keep me posted about when they post......

I'm glad if they're fixing the problem. I just think they should contact all of the customers if there is a delay and tell us. AND.... maybe they shouldn't ask for full payment before they do their QA?

Well I'm glad I didn't spend the money. Yeah the product will be great once you guys get it, but rushing out to spend the 376 early seems like such a lame thing now. Enterbay might as well reopen that special if they don't even plan to ship out the real thing yet, but well whatever works for them.

Well, this is my first Enterbay purchase. If the product is less than 100% and arrives much later than expected, I'll think three times before the next time I order from them. When Sideshow plans to ship to me in less than a month, they send me an email and then never miss that date... and they don't charge the full amount until they ship. This is the level of service I'm used to.

I havent got a shipping notice yet, so maybe my set will be a fixed one? as long as they get me for my birthday mid august I'll be happy

I assume that all the ones ordered from Enterbay themselves will be these new fixed ones. It is probably just the people who bought it from retailers who got the first direct shipment that are taking the hit.

I googled "Hong Kong Post Tracking" and pulled up their tracking page. How long did Enterbay take from shipping notice to US delivery for their previous figures like Scarface?
