That's what we all were worried about. The double agent. Sucks. How dumb can someone be. Obviously it was just a mistake but my goodness. I hope I don't get double agents.

Hope for the triple agent mistake. Somehow you get two J's and one K.

in my previous post about small shipping dept... must be very small! lol

Sorry to hear all the probs, hope EB can sort it.

Damn all this body talk is not sounding too good. :(

I've been reading you have to pay to send things back? That's a bit of a joke if they body really does suck. How can they ask you to pay shipping back to them if they've sent you a POS body?

Do you have to send them back the body? Why can't they just send you a new one and have you destroy the bad one like SS does.

That's what i was thinking as well. :exactly:

I'm not paying to send anything back! Don't be sending me crap stuff and expecting me to send it back at my own cost.

Question to the guys that have this already. How stiff are the arms? I hope they aren't as stiff as the HT Captain America were. You have to use so much force on them that they feel like they will snap. :slap

Yeah, I agree with this. Enterbay have made a big effort to entice international buyers to order directly from their store. It worked and we have all done it, it would be very bad PR and another spiral downwards for them if they expect their customers to pay for EB mistakes. Especially shipping the wrong bloody figure, let alone QC errors!!

We could switch the body to an HT one but why should we? I don't pay $375 to have to be switching the body out on my new figure. I haven't got mine yet so mine could be ok but it's not sounding too good.

Bill knew of this problem before mine were picked up from him, so there is no excuse if my figures come with weak ass legs.

Anyone know how to track your shipment? It shows that my figures have shipped in my paypal payment history but I have no record of a tracking number or anything.

I got an email from Paypal with my tracking number. Mine are at customs.

Knees are a easy fix with the superglue method, as I did I yesterday, didn't need to but just in case any of my customers complain I can get them to try the fix rather than send body back to EB.

Elbows, well shame you can roll the sleeve up so you can see which way you need to bend.

as for receiving J and J, EB should foot the bill for postage on that.

Good luck guys!!

I should have got these from you. :gah: :lol

Can or can't roll up the sleeves?

They should pay shipping for any problems with the body imho :lecture

The cuff of the sleeve is so that u can't roll up past the wrist so u will have to take jacket and shirt off.

I manged to find a way to sort this without taking the shirt and jacket off and have gone thru every single one of the sets and loosened the elbow joints..

BUT I SUGGEST WHO EVER IS GOING TO TRY THIS TAKE JACKET AND SHIRT OFF SO U CAN SEE!!!

Once u got clothing off, u can obviously see which way/direction the elbow goes. So what u need to do is actually push the forearm into the elbow joint and move the direction it that it's designed to move, when I say push, I mean push quite hard, I think by the way you push into the elbow jount, u are actually protecting the joint that attaches to the elbow.

NOTE IF YOU TRY, I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF YOU BREAK IT!!!

Good Luck

yeah, surely there are plenty of online forums, and even their Facebook page, that people can bombard and vent. Some of the stuff I'm reading here scares the crap out of me!

I am really looking forward to seeing their Kobe Bryant and Michael Jordan releases. If they _____ up the bodies and shipping like I'm reading here, I will be way pissed!!!

I got mine yesterday. I'm not a fan of the EB bodies there stiff and don't have much range of motion. The knees on both of mine are loose they still can stand on their own. I plan on putting a little bit glue on them anyway.

Both of the head sculpts are astounding. Especially the Jones sculpt and although the Smith sculpt could use a little work there's no doubt who it is and he looks great with his glasses on.

Suits look nice, even right out of the box, but the jackets are little puffy around the shoulders and the shirt collars are a little over sized. Be careful of the buttons on the shirts as they easily come off and there aren't any extras included.

Weapons could have used a little more work. They look sore of cheap.

Overall I'm happy with them and they both look great standing next to one another.

I think it may prove cheaper for Enterbay to not pay to ship figures back and forth... Probably just ship us new bodies for us to swap clothes with. I'm fine with that... 2 free bodies that can be fixed with the glue trick!

I'd be happy if they shipped us new bodies even if we had to provide pictures of the other bodies smashed up.

Totally disappointed with these figures too.
Bad bodies and shoddy paint jobs. My TLJ is far too red.
