I wouldn't be so surprised if the Enterbay headsculpt turned out that bad... and I don't mean the headsculpt in the photos that they will announce soon, which will as always look good. But the product we receive in hand...

The figure in the announcement photos is/will be the production piece. It's Bill's/Enterbay's new policy so it's a "what you see is what you get" that I believe was started with their T-800 so theirs no discrepancy and no hiding anything from the collector/buyer. That's why there isn't going to be any changes to the Rambo sculpt, b/c what he teased was the production piece. I believe Ankit (member here but I forget his username) who interviewed Bill has said this about the new figures coming from Enterbay

Logical.

Hope they can live up to that policy.

I'm the other way around. Thinking of getting Will, unsure about Tommy. But I think displaying one without the other would kinda look incomplete.

If budget is no consideration I'm surprised people are thinking of getting just one of the pair - it's either both or none for me at this stage :)

A 1/6 pug in a suit, who could pass that up :lecture :lol

Not me, that's for sure :lol

I'm glad I don't subscribe to that way of thinking for any license...Or else I'd be living on the street in my hobo hut made of 1:6th figure, boxes :monkey2

Actually, that's not a bad idea...

Looks like a promo shot being edited for both items.

I usually get just the one figure to represent a license - ie T2 Arnie but no Sarah Connor or T1000, OC Bats but no Joker, Two Face etc.

But these two... they may as well be conjoined twins. Then again, I think the same about the SW droids, but plenty of folks opt for just their favourite of the pair. Hmm. The more I think about it, the more my way of thinking pisses me right off

I'm pretty sure Smith is coming with Frank the Pug though, so I'll end up with him as well :lol

The paint app on Frank (?) looks really well done. Who can resist :lol

I ain't complaining, 'cause anyone who can afford to shell out for even one $200 dolly, and then sit on a nerd forum and wax lyrical about it with other nerds, is doing pretty well in life. But geez, sometimes it'd be nice to press the PO button several times a night and then nonchalantly shrug when the credit card bill arrives :lol

I hear that :lol

I'm guessing there are a few in here who are fortunate enough to do just that.

Sorry to go OT, but Ed Gein reckons he's financed most of his hobby by selling plasma twice a week for 5 years. He's not a TV salesman. He has been selling his own blood. Check out his shelves - not everyone's cup of tea but I reckon he's got some really cool stuff there :)
