I've been looking through this thread, and asking on other forums, and I have found no clear written answer as to what the ankles on this body do.
It's clear there's a back and forth pivot joint, but, there has to be a ball joint in there somewhere as the feet move from side to side and stay flat in wide stances.
Could someone please tell me exactly how the joints work and if they are sturdy? I have a Scarface on the way and need to know how well I can expect him to stand up.
Close up pics of the ankles in action will be most welcome
Thanks Cosmo. I should receiving mine today.
Now the only wait is the kunch set.
Oh, I get it, they're like the old SSC Buck feet, you turn the forward/backward joint sideways for side to side stances, don't you!?
Or is there a ball joint on the end of the bit in the middle of the forward/backward joint!? Errrrrrrrrrrrr................
Looks like they lightened the use of the spray on your batch from the coloring. Looks better than mine. Glad to see that.
Ok, so, if it's like a wrist peg then the bit the hand would ordinarily pop onto is like a ball joint so the feet can move from side to side independantly of the backward and forward pivot joint. Does that sound right!?
LOL, not making this easy am I!?
