They are both before my time in the 1/6 world

I went from DCD 13 inch Monstrosity to OC Batman

I also had the DCD.

Wife was sooo pissed when I bought it because I already owned the Takara and OC.

I told her I needed him because he provided an extra inch of Batman goodness.

I think I ended donating him to a homeless shelter.

My DC Direct Joker has been destroyed

The head , shirt , jacket , BR Mask , shoes sold . God who the Fk wanted those - i feel sorry for the ones who bought that sheeeet.

I kept the body , he was a stand in body for an Ahhhhnuld , Big Mistake

The only thing i have left is the pants which i will use on my alternate Jack Joker and vest which is going in the parts bin.

What a wasted of $60 bucks at the time

I always wondered if anyone there noticed all the innaccuracies on him.

Maybe if void had been one of the homeless dudes, he would've been at the food line _____ing up a storm about the gaunlets.

the head is good if re-worked properly

the overcoat was nice too IMO just the wrong material used for the purple parts.

For all of their flaws, I've got to give credit where credit is due. My first "higher-end" 1/6th figure was the DCD Batman Begins figure. I went on to keep that one for a while. I got the DCD TDK Batman and Joker in July of 2008. However, at the time, I was still relatively new to the hobby, so I kept them MIB. Suffice it to say, I'm glad I did. When Specs and Pics arrived for the DX01, my LCS owner was kind enough to allow me to sell him back the two DCD figures, as they had remained in their boxes, and from there, my money went toward the DX01.

What, you gave him back to the LCS!

The LCS owner didn't need another Batman figure, he had plenty.

I gave mine to someone who would appreciate it and cherish him forever.

I like my idea better.

Eh, I'm ready for it, but I'm not going to let it drive me nuts. Don't let it get to you, Agen. Just think: we've waited an entire year for this, and there's less than a month to go. We're at the bottom of the ninth here; the home stretch, if you will, and on top of seeing them in July, they'll probably be in-hand by the second week of August.
