With Enterbay, once it goes up for preorder with the official pics, there's very little waiting time.

If the T-800 is any indication we might have Batman in hand before July.

HT's came out with TDK figures in 2008 and it took EB 4 years to do the same. He was speaking English.

I admire what EB has been doing. They are showing that they can compete without copying the competitor, and it has been rubbing off on HT as well. EB gets the TDK license, HT gets the TDKR license, EB does a BD T2 T-800, HT does a BD T1 T-800; they are showing that they don't need to one up the competitor's attempt, but try to better them in terms of quality and by offering collectors a variety of products to choose from. It's actually kind of funny how, in the spirit of competition, these guys are actually complimenting one and other.

More competition is better for us collectors. Might make them twice about higher the prices after each release, and may force the companies to listen to their customer better. Maybe even force better accountability when companies are sloppy with QC like leaking rubber suits. Im rooting for Enterbay to start giving HT a run for its money, but the day they start controlling the market, I will root for the other guys then.

I like that EB is coming into their own for the simple fact that it will force HT to react. For a long time, HT pretty much had a monopoly going, and I think that's why we started seeing those quality slip-ups, but knowing that little brother over there is growing up and can now easily woo away their followers, I think we'll start seeing better quality control and the like from HT in the coming year, as they'll know that they can no longer get away with it.

But in all seriousness, it's never too late for a high quality collectible. I'm still nowhere near done with my Begins and TDK collections, there's plenty of room for late comers as long as they give us quality releases
