Where has it been said that there's a 1/4 Superman coming? I really want to know because I really don't want to cry myself to sleep anymore.

I have a line, it's when my account balance is blank. Nah, just kidding. I think AT the very most, I'll get the EB & HT 1/4 stuff, the Returns stuff, and MAYBE, and this is a big "maybe", The Avengers, but only because I think they'd look cool as hell together.

I don't think price should be considered a factor though. 1/6 is upto almost $250 now. Still rising too.

1/6 evolved to that price though, the reason many pay that is because the figure can join others from the past, that they've collected for less money as its grown.

1/4 figures is a new format with an expensive starting out price, i don't see it becoming a collection format unless its 2-3 figures a year and builds up over time.

As much as I think these will look great, I won't be getting anything 1/4 scale. When I started 1/6, I didn't imagine loving them so much and getting so hooked. And for that reason, I pretty much committed to getting all Marvel and DC 1/6 releases. Of course I only started 3 years ago, so I am chipping away at the 25 that were out before I started. I'll have to enjoy the look of the 1/4 through everyone elses pics.

Bill has posted some sneak peeks at the 1/4 Bale HS on his FB. Not the whole head, but glimpses. One pic - I could have sworn it was a photo of Bale until I noticed Bill's giant thumb behind Bale's head.
