he accepts just about everyone...I'm even his friend on FB. I've asked a few questions here and there and he usually answers which is more than we ever get from HT which is a big plus for EB in my book

I don't understand sample product is already finished why they don't show full pics & spec before it get released? Why they keep it so secret? Rambo will be release next month but we still haven't seen anything.

Just my guess, but it seems EB wants to be able to have their products ready for sale when they do a complete reveal.

Well that explains why they haven't shown off the full figure, but not why they keep teasing everyone with pictures of foreheads and ears
It's an attempt to build up hype, but I personally think it's counterproductive at this point. Then they back off from a reveal date and push it back a few months, which is only going to frustrate collectors more. Personally, it doesn't bother me too much, but I can imagine that hardcore fans who really want this (ones with Batman or Enterbay avatars/signatures, for example) would be pulling out their hair right about now.

The teasers are fine. Do movie teasers become counter productive? The intention is the same.
I'm excited for it. It's better than seeing the full figure like hot toys then see it get pushed for a year or close to it.

There's usually one, maybe two movie teasers, then you get a full trailer. Teasers are analogous to a product announcement, really. Showing an ear and a forehead and the back of a mask is like a movie releasing multiple 3 second clips over the course of a year.

I find the teasers annoying to be honest. I don't remember the T-800 being teased to this degree or the way Rambo also is. Showing the full T-800 as early as they did certainly didn't do that figure or its sales any harm.

I actually don't mind the teasers in themselves. Even multiple teasers would be OK with me, but to spread that out over the better part of a year? C'mon. It just gets absurd at some point. It's rarely a good idea to go to extremes in marketing as with anything else. And the delay in the specs release date was just the icing on the cake, because it fed into this idea that they just wanted to keep collectors waiting and frustrated, feeding them little scraps of empty calories in the meantime. I literally did laugh when I saw Bill's post.

I'm a huge Batman fan but tbh I think I'm more interested at this point at seeing Rambo than I am Batman or Joker and I've not even got any intention on buying the Rambo figure!!

I think people are mad at the teasers because their expectations for these figures are really high. When the product is fully revealed I don't think many will still talk about the teasers.
