My posts are actually meant to be tongue-in-cheek, because of this:


I'm sure he's a very nice guy. And of course, his post is meant as hyperbole. But that's still not what you would typically expect to hear from the head honcho of a big company like Enterbay.

"don't ask again and thanks for your attention" is pretty crazy, though Maybe it's a language issue.

I wasn't being ironic when I said he sounds like a gentleman. He was just being nice there, and yes, the "rubbish bin" part was just a figure of speech. I know that language differences can make us sound like dicks sometimes, and I probably have offended people unwillingly trying to articulate my thoughts in English.

Honestly, I couldn't care less about the personality of Bill or the guys at HT, or about their apparent animosity, and who is responsible for it, etc. I care about their products, period. Give me good products, and you can say all the crazy ____ you want on Facebook for all I care

I agree Kara.

But one thing that does make me like EB and SSC more than HT is customer service. As most of us have, dealing with SSC customer service is a breeze and they fix every problem for you. I here EB has great CS as well. plus the fact that we get real responses from EB and SSC through FB or Ask SS, where with HT you're usually in the dark. Keeping up with the fans is a big plus for me.

I threw most of my HT stuff in the fire already waiting for EB's TDK stuff and haven't bought a HT figure for months. Only SSC

I've read it. W/o getting into too much detail or debate in this thread, I don't see any fault with SS there, more of the product and HT lack of QC

That they are, but getting replacements for their things in generally still need to go back across the seas with Enterbay not BBTS.

Which I had to do when my figure was missing a button on the leather jacket. I emailed EB and they sent a packet with a dozen replacements. Easy & painless.

Not really. unless BBTS has some in stock they will send the replacement. Of course if any retailers run out of stock or replacement parts then you have to send back to the manufacturer.

Always had outstanding customer service from BBTS and continue to order with them to this day.. it's been about 13 years now! I will order my Enterbay 1/4's from them unless I get them right from Enterbay... they hooked me with the 1/4 T-800.
