Equilibrium Bash - John Preston

started collecting with the TDK-line and didn't know what to do with my 2 bale heads, I had decided to bash them. First I've got a Bruce Wayne figure, but was really unsatisfied with it... didn't match in any way, so I've decided to bash the Equilibrium line step by step. In the end I want to have 2 figures, the black suit and the final white one. For today, I've only have one body with the black suit. still need to change some details, like the glove, two weapons, etc, and thought of a resculpting the hair. But as for now, it looks like that:

@ LordAzrael: Thanks for it. I've bought the white enforcer for a week or so, just waiting to arrive. And as I don't need those pistols with the white costume, I'll use them for the black suit then.

This kitbash is a "still-in-progress" work, so I'll change still something. As I mentioned the hand-gloves, right pistols, the pants and do some modification on the jacket.

And as for the resculpting, I'll need someone who could sculpt the hair like in the movie and that's gonna be a long shot but whatever, it makes fun.

Got the white enforcer today Overall a good suit, but I wished it would be smoother, like the black dress which I have.

First took some shots with those new pistoles

and now the white enforcer

all i need is now the new black pants and the sculpt material which I orded and I'll resculpt his hair new. I hope I won't destory the sculpt

And I'll maybe change the collar on both outfits...

*Looks great. what did you use for the black outfit?

If you can get a hold of one, the Enterbay Fist of Fury White Outfit is perfect.
Here's what it looks like on the one I made. It has a thin silk like
feel and drapes very well.

It's funny that you both used Enterbay Bruce clothes on your Preston customs. One is from the Kato figure and the other Fist of Fury.

Which body did you use, Ike-Con? It looks like an Enterbay BL body with painted hands, but I think I see ball joints at the wrists, which the BL body doesn't have.

I'd like to try to make either of these customs, but they require expensive items.

@ IKE-CON: Yeah I know, have seen your pics for a while now. I love the enterbay clothes, they are sooo smooth, really great, but the fist of fury costume is so hard to find or you're buying the figure for 400$ just for the white costume

If you're going to sell sometimes your figure, just let me know for the costume, okay?

I used for the black suit the jacket from the enterbay bruce lee green hornet. Just bought also his pants, after I saw how good the material of the jacket was. I wished I could buy also the white fist of fury suit which you have.

No ball joints. But only on pistol grip I took HT hands and the pegs from some enterbay hands and fused them together.
First I just pianted them, but it didn't hold. So I had to primer, paint and then bake them a bit under a heat lamp to get
it to set. Here's what they looked like off the figure.
The rest of the hands are all enterbay, just some drilled out to hold swords.

I almost bought one to.

You should post your Cleric with the Reggie Bale sculpt. I really like that sculpt better than the Hot Toys one!

Yeah, I like it to, I just was showing the outfit. I didnt have any
of the Bale sculpts that Reggie made for me left when I made this one.

I have to get more cast up.

Yeah, I missed out on Triads 4th of July sale. They had some lose ones
up for sale on their site. They sold in about 5 minutes as soon as they were
listed I guess. They also had some black cloth ones on there, but I just noticed today,
they are gone now too. They still had some on there
yesterday. Damn, should have gotten some...

Guess I need to check their site daily....
