Well i just got made a liar - mine is now tracking on Aust post and is on track for delivery tomorrow or Friday

My tracking number hasn't updated in 4 days, but it was delivered yesterday.

4PX provided me with a local USPS tracking number but it was completely different on the package.

4PX gives me the DHL (USPS "shipping partner") tracking number, which is a longer one but has the standard USPS number within it (just lose the first 8 digits in the DHL #). Either number can be used to track in the USPS system. If DHL also handles your region perhaps that was the number on your package.

Yes, you will see two tracking numbers. I always check both when I get stuff through 4px.

I think mine might be coming today. My informed delivery shows a package arriving today and I’m not sure what else it would be. The USPS site doesn’t show it as in my town but sometimes their tracking isn’t the most reliable/updated.

So something is definitely wrong with all the Royal Mail tracking numbers in this consignment.




Is there a location code preceding the "Arrive at..." ?


Mine is GBLONB, which is London, and the distribution centre serving Heathrow.

That's the usual location that shows on the day a 4PX parcel clears customs.

Ahh... you're right. Mine does have that GBLONB code. SO I guess it's not my local distribution centre then.

It has updated again though, and now says "In transit. It's progressing through post network"

Sadly, £50 will only be worth about £10 in today’s money come that time.

Mine took 3 days to go from clearing customs to reaching my local depot, so I presume it will be in my 5 fingered hands tomorrow.

If they greatly improve the 2nd batch, I will be most displeased.

IA Gandalf is expected to deliver today, but my Penguin tracking has yet to update. I wasn't as excited about this one when the initial pics dropped but as better pics have been coming along my excitement has risen.

Apparently it's such a good figure they had to make another batch to meet the demand.

I wonder if anyone can explain the OSK scratch cards; I have 10 or so that all have the same number/code that grant the user $1 off at checkout.

This number is clearly not a unique code and never appears to change, so what’s to prevent everyone using it on every purchase?

I don't know if there's anything preventing anyone using that number. It just means that everything is always $1 less than the listed price.

I've had a couple of $10 cards. My last order didn't have a card at all, but I think the colour's just changed from red to blue so maybe they'd run out.

I wish you could use Kit's cards all together -- I have several and only using one card ($1) per PO means I'll never get through my batch.
