Ever Lose it while trying to buld your HT Predator?

Predator 2 Elder,Predator 2,P2 BD,Lost,Wolf.I have all these still mint and unassembled because i ve always been scared of tackling them!!

ive only put 3 predators together,and didnt really have any problems,then again the hair dryer worked great for me

The Wolf Pred gave me lots of problem because the hands did not get into the sockets easily. I have to use a sharp pen-knife to carefully widen the sockets before I can get the hands into them.

John Connor was a bit of a pain in the ass, with all his little gear.

Oh great. I'm supposed to getting Connor in the next week so I'll be using this place as hell of a referance.

I still have trouble getting the Cleaner's medkit to stay on his back. His thigh armor kept coming off as well so I finally just glued the damn things in place.

Putting Scar together was one of the worst experiences of my life.

The elder is much, much worse... all the ****** quills. I contemplated leaving them in the box, but the finished product just looked sooooooo much better with them on. That aside, taking your time and not rushing things, building the Predators is awesome therapy and in the end, you'll always have a fantastic result to show for your efforts. It's a better feeling than the aching fingers and near blindness you're gonna have after threading 1:6 MOLLE (though the Elder came close) and not nearly as frustrating as posing a Medi and hear that horrible "splinter" or "snap" noise.

Same here, It was a real tight fit at first to get on and that wire looks a little shady, so he's mask on for the most part. I'm still looking around for some cloth covered wire cause i thought that would look cool, but everything i find looks way too big.

first two preds i got were a pain in the ass.....it was an avp elder and a regular pred 2.....i broke some of the avp elders armor in the process.

mine actually arrived with the wire snapped. sideshow sent me an ex bio with the led installed.
but, it's actually done much better than the original. the connection points are reinforced and it's pretty solid.

seems really cheap that ht would bother to put a working led on a figure and then skimp on the wiring/flux.
i wonder how many of those things showed up not working out of the box.

Machiko made me ????ing lose it. Getting those loops into holes in the back for the sheath and after three hours of putting her together I put the "c-bar" into the stand and the black portion snapped. I embedded a Wii Wheel into the wall.

i heard her avp 3-story dream house was even more of a pain to assemble.
can't wait until they make an avp corvette for her too.
