Don't know if you folks know this, but that was, as it typical for Weird Al, a parody song. He was poking fun at DEVO. And one of the members of DEVO once said that he thought Al was spot on in his ridicule, since much of what they did was complete nonsense, and an attempt to be, er, as stupid as possible.

Speaking of G1 goodness, the day I have waited for since I was a little girl has arrived...a transformable Arcee is available and finally up for preorder at BBTS. Pink power!

I had been worried this Arcee ("Valkyrie") project had fallen through since Impossible Toys announced it last autumn but said nothing until now.

Oh and I love my neon green and purple Megatron tank that doesn't make any sense why it even exists. G2 colors were ridiculous.

I bought the CD when it was released a couple years ago and have probably listened to that as much as anything else on my IPOD.

This is mostly G1-related, and is awesome beyond belief IMO:

I just picked up the Perfect Effect-Shadow Warrior 2-Pack & the TFC-005 Gear of War 2 LED, both of these sets are awesome. I love the paint apps and scale of Rumble & Frenzy. Just top notch overall. Yeah I know these are not official but man did they put a lot of effort and G1 love with these two. And the GOW set is pretty rad, nice accessories for my Alternity Prime and Henkei version.

Yeah, those two really do look kickass. I kinda wish they went with a black chest for Rumble though, make it a bit more G1.

Yeah I can see that, I am still amazed though on how small and intricate they are. And they don't feel cheap.

I have Generations WFC Bumblebee as well as Thrust & Drift pre-ordered with Kapow toys here in the UK so I should get them soon along with the Perfect Effect Rumble & Frenzy.
