Re: Evilface's Fourth Circle of Hell

Evil,

I hope you got my last PM. I just wanted a couple adjustments to my order. I was also waiting to have the decals come in so I could appreciate them in hand before I left any praise. The Conan one came out awesome and I had no idea about the process or the separate pieces, etc. This is my first time ordering from you, so I just thought everything was printed out somehow on one sheet.
Anyhow, amazing stuff as everyone always say. I just can't wait to have them in hand! Hopefully any day now! :)

Thanks guys.

The Conan one was fun to make. It is 5 color and the skull area of the blade had to be cut in seperate pieces and put together or else it kept ripping.

As for the SS vs HT stand. I think some like the HT one because it is small and takes up a bit of space. But for me I don't like how some figures don't fit well on it, their feet overhang and such.

The SS ones obviously give me more room to create the designs for like the Halloween one with the pumpkin knife. That can't be put on a HT one.

I had no idea some of these decals were so involved. I feel like you are under appreciated EvilFace. Sort of like a mailman. You are the unsung heros of different worlds. They deliver six days a week (just like you), rain or shine, snow or sleet. They are out there walking miles a day to deliver our mail and your decals. How many times have you checked your mailbox and said, "The frigging mail isn't here yet?"
This one's for you Evilface. We must think about the work that goes into it and not just the final product.

Yup, adjusted and should mail tomorrow.

And yea, these are NOT printed. every color you see is a seperate image cut from sheet vinyl and weeded. I get some people that send some crazy detailed images they want done that just isn't possible at such a small size. Little letters and such are a beoch. But I enjoy making them.

Boxes take more time to make than I can charge and have someone pay :lol

The only box I might offer up is a Halloween one for Onecustoms Old 78.

Pfffftt. I don't waste my time with soup :yess:

Evil!

Got the decals in the mail yesterday and couldn't wait to apply them! They are awesome and I can't wait to order more from you! Thanks a million for making my goofy customs that much more cooler! I just figured out how to attach pics, so I'll share a few of your work used for my customs and other WIP figures. Enjoy and thanks again! :)

Those all look great!!! Like the Durden. and the Expendables!!

Re: Evilface's Fourth Circle of Hell

On HT stands that already has a nameplate (T800, Ezio, etc), are the nameplates removeable so we can put the decal over it to use on a custom figure?
I cant find anymore generic no nameplate HT stands on ebay. All the HT stands that I can find on ebay has a nameplate for their respective figures.

Evilface has you covered. :)

For those, the stand part has a cut out where the name plaque is, and he'll 'print' you up the name to go on the plaque part. ;)

See the pic below from his last batch.

Just pry off the nameplate with a knife or something. There will be another plastic piece underneath. Use a knife to get that off as well. You will be left with a bit of glue. Use something to scrape off the majority of the glue, then use sandpaper to get it completely smooth before you apply the decal.

Easy bro.

Re: Evilface's Fourth Circle of Hell

I've got a bunch of blank (no nameplate) HT stands. I never use them because I like the nameplates. So if you'd be up for trading just let me know.
