Pre-ordered deluxe just now.

I really wanna get 2 more regulars as I always wanted to have since I first saw the inArt Nazgul on the horse.

Nazgul on Horse in the middle and a Nazgul on each side with the sword held up in the middle.

:gah:

I bought the deluxe and 2 regulars, **** you inart

Don't forget code IANAZGUL for $10 off
Thanks for this :duff

Ugh, I hate myself. Not only did I get a deluxe…I also couldn’t help but pay the extra $30 for the exclusive :thud:

If it wasn’t for that recent video, I don’t think I would’ve caved. But alas, here we are…

No problem! Yeah, I finally placed my order last night. I knew if I didn't get the deluxe, I would kick myself later on. Also had to get the extra sword. :slap

Times like these, it's good to go to E-bay and look at it another way - e.g. absurd prices.

For instance, I decided I needed an HT Obi-Wan ROTS Jedi robe. Outside of the Chinese KOs made of felt, there's an original HT cloak up for 90$ or some *&^%. I decided I didn't need it that badly.:pfft:

Got some parts from Monkey Depot for a kitbash and the shipping alone was ~25$.

ASMUS' original Thranduil gets put up for 700$+

Not everything sells that high, for sure, but I keep learning the hard way to cough up the retail; 'coz the more desirable stuff - a Nazgul + horse, say, is gonna cost yah if you wait. Besides the fact that, these prices aren't gonna go DOWN. Not with that horse and the special tack. Besides the fact that - well, maybe there will be mounted Nazgul in the new Gollum movies, maybe not. Maybe that movie project won't even get done, who knows these days.

LOL that's my pep talk after irritably pricing out parts for a kitbash.:lol

hard to fight my compulsion to NOT want to see what these look like in hand :lol It's the same reason I'm considering keeping my current InArt POs as well. Plus, admittedly, after spending more time with both Aragorn and Harry Potter recently, I've grown used to them and can start seeing beyond any issues I may have for them.

For sure. I definitely agree with your points here. It's a lesson I'm learning with HT as well these days since they've since begun to lower production numbers with each new release. If there's even an inkling you'd regret not having a certain figure, best to PO and decide to sell it later. Good thing for me is that I don't tend to look for profit when selling figures (though it is nice when that does happen). I'd rather clear the space and get some money back than hold onto something I don't want any longer.

Really ridiculous to buy 9 Premium version, 9 horses will have the exact same pose

If you are that financially comfortable you can afford to buy some additional horses and mix it up, because you have the tack.

I'm impressed. Wonder if Kit knocked off for the day to get a beer after that order, or is swearing because he's got to arrange a bulk delivery.
