just got my shipping notice from sideshow. hopefully that means that everyone who is still waiting should have theirs shipped within the next few days. can't wait to get this. I've got the attakus grievous coming on Friday and have the sideshow grievous coming on Saturday. I can't wait to compare the two.:chew

hi to all again

I was on vacation and far away from net for the last 10 days

I got my info e-mails etc also and get excited to get him. I went to customs and check with the governmental and private customs companies just to make sure how much more I will pay in addition

unfortunately what I have been told is I have to pay over 350 $ for 600 $ (450 + 150 shipping)
so if GG gets stuck at customs I will have to pay 950 $ in Turkey. I still can afford this but then later I will have to cancel exclusive hulk vs spider, and I really want to get that piece for I am a comic fan with over 7000 comics

What I have been advised is: to buy GG from ebay or some other retailer and then ask sender to write a lower value on the customs paper to reduce 350 $

What I am afraid is the difficulty to find it later on for 450 $ but on the other hand to see that regular version goes as low as 350 $ makes me think that may be the exclusive also will drop in price

For a collector from Turkey 450+150 $ was even a high price which I already accepted but additional 350 $ is killing me

what you friends can advise me. Shall I cancel it and go from ebay later on? Does it really worth 950 $ if I continue to buy from SS?

I feel so sorry for you Gambit!

I don't think it's a decision any of us can help you with. It depends on how much money you have to spend on these and how much they are worth to you. I doubt you'll find the Exclusive GG cheaper than $500, I've already seen him go for more than that. The regular will probably be available for around $350 or less.

I am not sure how much you trust us on this board, but you could send your GG exclusive to someones house here in the States and they could ship it you from there. THat way when they ship it out to you, they can put a lower value on it.
