It's a lot harder with women who are, essentially, flawless (no wrinkles, no blemishes) to capture the same realistic quality. Especially with such a neutral expression.

I think EXO figures often, but not all the time, have a weakness in the eyes. Slightly better done eyes would have helped a lot. They look a bit buldgey, not enough eye makeup at the top. And I swear the eyebrows on EXO figures are also often a tiny bit too thin.
But it still looks like her! Not the best figure. Not at all the worst... I think it's in the middle somewhere... I didn't buy it because I don't like Enterprise so I can't give it a true rating. Looks like maybe a 3.5/5 though maybe. From far I think it'll look spot-on. If you peek closely you might have a few small issues.

Wow that was unexpected. Tracking shows it hasn't left China yet, but I just received my T'Pol today anyway.

That's a relief. Looks way better than the other FB pics. Was feeling from those FB photos like it was a step back on the prototype. But these in-hand photos show the improvement. Much happier about that. As one of only 4 or 5 Enterprise fans out there in the entire world (or it sometimes feels like that) this is one of my most anticipated lines (because Enterprise gets so little merch love). Jealous you already got her but happy for you. Mine's in Chicago so maybe she'll be beaming down by mid-to-late week!!

Ha! Saw these photos on the EXO Collectors page on FB and didn’t notice who had posted them! I almost posted them here saying these look a little better!
Her eyes just look huge. Repaint/re-decal might be necessary.

Yeah, Jolene has hazel eyes with a touch of green, so lighting plays a major role in how they appear moment to moment. I know because my daughter has the same color eyes. They can look brown, green, brown/green at the same time, and even slightly blue all in the same day depending on lighting.
That said, Jolene’s eyes are DEFINITELY not light blue like the figure’s. Seems like another unforced error on EXO’s part that could have easily been avoided.

Your first shot is the best! That slightly upward angle is quite flattering to the figure!
Unfortunately that Archer sculpt just seems to look worse and worse every time I see it.

Yeah the Archer sculpt requires decent lighting and angles. But when it hits, it hits just right for me. The ENT line is 3 for 3 for me. Hoshi…well she can hang out the back. Hahah
Lookit all you lucky so-and-sos! Mine's probably still a few more days away based on typical timelines.
As much as I'm a clearly-biased degenerate ENT-loving outlier in the final countdown to the realization of a dream 1:6 figure, what I'm seeing so far looks fantastic. I would really have to reach to nitpick here, so I'll just leave that up to you guys lol. They definitely improved on the prototype enough to shut my ass up.

Alright here's some better pics I just took in the detolf. Think I'd need to rewatch a few episodes to get a better sense of how to pose her though.

I genuinely enjoyed Enterprise (well - seasons 1,2 and 4 anyways) . . . but I'm limiting myself to TOS, DS9 and SNW.
Face still looks a bit "plasticy" even in your pics, but much better

Hmm, just noticed the neck is looking a little long in some pics. The head was really scrunched down out of the box, but think I might have lifted it a little too high there. Ah well.

Your first shot is the best. Showing again that IMO the slight up angle serves her best.
But the figure still kinda looks like a caricature of T’Pol. Those HUGE irises just make her look like an emoji…at least in photos.
Well assuming that Hoshi doesn't get drastically improved, this is the extent of my ENT collection.
And it may not have been my first choice, but that salmon colored outfit really stands out great on the shelf.
