Agreed. Susanna looked enough like Alice that I don’t see the point myself. Just have a decent Alice version with the partial torso as an extra “accessory” and movable head, and a complete figure.

Base on cost. I do not like to follow unreasonable price levels based on “nominal pricing” in similar product. Decisions will mostly lean on the cost to produce and add the needed mark-up

For the sake if 1/6 Trek, I might have to. The standard ones will surely maximize supply. But for this jacket, I might need to go for minimum supply, produce as little as possible.

Understood and you have to look at it all as a whole while I can just look at the figures/series that I want. Hopefully I will be able to get one. If not I might have to go the route of EvilBay. The downside of a really rare exclusive may be that if someone misses out and has to go the eBay route they might be spending additional funds on eBay and then have to pass buying a future figure (or more) in order cover the cost.

Not exactly as the designs are different. I believe they are different species as well. Susanna Thompson's borg queen has a different throat and a few other different things.

I made a field jacket a few years ago and can confirm it is a very difficult piece to make. Loads of little details everywhere. I would love one in 1/6.

The colour is not actually red, but more of a rust brown colour.

Honestly I think that TWOK Landing Party jacket is deserving of its own separate Kirk figure. And he's only wearing the white turtleneck underneath so you wouldn't have to even bother making a uniform top for this one.
