We are using a new contracted courier for US shipments. They have been doing really good. The only problem, tracking. China has too many hackers, accessing the courier's tracking needs to go through a human/site interaction procedure, and most 2nd and 3rd party tracking apps have trouble accessing update info.

Interesting. What are the hackers doing, using it to track and steal packages within the country?

Anyway, that explains all the hoops we have to jump through to see our status updates. I had to laugh at this message though:

"In order to improve the user experience, the system will use the new Tencent slider verification code. If the slider verification code function is abnormal, please confirm whether it is normal to visit the following websites (ssl.captcha.qq.com and t.captcha.qq.com). Thank you for your understanding and support."

Because I was like this isn't improving my user experience at all. But I guess it is an improvement if the alternative is getting your package stolen.

All said, this courier seems to be a big improvement upon the other ones.

You should see internet banking security. Their apps generate random arranged keyboards where numbers and alphabets are in different positions everytime for inputting passwords.

My most recent tracking update - "Shipment has taken off on 【flight from Hangzhou to New York】" - so excited!

Just checked my tracker and it shows that on 4/19, the flight landed in LA (and I'm on the East Coast...)

But it is in the States and on it's way here soon!

We looked for the best possible route on the day we ship our stock. As you can see from some of these shipments didn't depart from ShenZhen but from another area from hours away. We used our best guess route. Results could not guaranteed. we are gambling with what we know. But the intention to have them out to buyers hand with the fast possible route is there.

Mine says, "Shipment in transit at US,CA,Fontana. Thanks for your waiting." I'm sure its been sitting there these several days due to Customs. I would imagine that it would be handed off to USPS but not sure.

Shipment in transit at US,SPRINGFIELD MA NETWORK DISTRIBUTION CENTER. Thanks for your waiting. Was in Avenel on the 23rd. Estimate says April 30, but I'm betting sooner. No indication yet on final package handler.
