Still not sure if I’m feeling this new Picard sculpt. He looks like he’s about to KILL someone .

Now Picard did get this look in his eyes two or three times during the run of the series and a few more in the movies, but I don’t think this is the look we want as the representation of Picard in our displays. But I guess when can display QMX Picard in the main display and roll out this Picard every time Wesley does something stupid or annoying!

I really don't think he looks that angry, just serious. Did you get yours already?

Not yet. That was just a FB pic I found. I'll reserve final judgement for the in-hand review.

To be fair, the pictures we’ve been seeing posted seem to be at a distance and aren’t picking up the finer details.

He looks like he’s sporting his standard “analytical, sizing up the situation” bridge face to me.

I quite liked this look, if the final product looks like this, I’ll be happy. Everything we’ve gotten in hand out of TNG has been strong on the actor resemblance front so far.

It's weird, and another example of depends on the angle you look at it from. It's not mind-blowing accurate to Patrick Stewart, but who else will ever make a TNG Picard?

He had such a distinctive eye shape with those heavy upper eyelids. And it seems like it should be a key feature of every Picard sculpt.

I feel like with Data, Geordi, etc. it was crystal clear in what you were getting. We have to wait for someone from this forum who can actually take a picture.

My Essential version has shipped and I received tracking, not sure how long it will be before I get it though. I'll definitely take some pics but I'm sure someone will beat me to it lol
