Is anyone having problems with their tracking? I got the essential version and finally got tracking a few days ago. But it doesn't track in the link I was given for China Post (just says no order exists). I did a global search with my tracking # and pacelsapp popped up and says it shipped on Dec 18 and in the same single day got from Shenzhen to Ozone Park, NY. I've never had that tracking pattern before or location and nothing referenced like the normal customs process. No updates at all since then. I'm not even sure I can trust the tracking because I had to do a global search thru parcelsapp to find it. I've had one or two weird experiences with EXO 6 over the years but this one is the most unpredictable and I'm a bit concerned I might never see it. I'm assuming if that actually happened I'm SOL - EXO6 aren't great for customer service so I assume if you don't get it then you'll never hear anything back in regards replacement etc. So I'm trying to see if there's a normal tracking link I can use to see what's going on with my parcel. What courier are you guys using to track your parcels? Is it China Post?
