I like the repaint, it fixes the eyes that were the main thing preventing EXO from truly capturing Stewart’s likeness. The overall refinish is amazing, a spitting image! What a difference paint makes.

His account says “no commissions, no sales”, too bad. I’d be really tempted to get the figure to that level for a really spectacular representation of the good Captain.

No matter how many videos and attempts, I just can never get the ability to paint these realistic skin tones or eyes like these talented customizers.

I have been paiting for 10 years now, and no even close to their skills.

But the “Before” photo is deliberately bad to show off the repaint.

I don't see any need to repaint the entire head since the Exo paint is already great. It's just the eyes that need fixing.

And even with a repaint he still looks a bit overly intense for my taste.

I know Ray personally and to get your captain to look like his custom paint, it will easily set you back $300-$500 just for the paint job alone. The question is are you willing to pay for 2 figures to get the same paint job? Which is why I said for the price for these figures ($250-$300), you are really getting a damn deal. It is a pity not every EX0 can be to the level of TNG but it is what it is. Stewart is probably one of EXO better headsculpts for this price range

The best pictures of EXO Picard are those at a slight angle, if you’re comparing a front to front comparison, the repaint captures Stewart’s eyes and eyebrows more accurately. Similar precision on that area was on the paint master sample.

To use QGF’s pictures, this looks more Picard vs. the head on view of the production release. A small modification to the eyes is likely all that is really needed vs. a complete repaint.

The autograph seems very possible to me considering Gates is in the photo attached to Nanjin's comment. Personally, i don't like the autograph cards because they don't have a picture of the character on either side. But it would still be wonderful if she signed it, considering how awesome she is.

Could also be a sickbay prop as you suggested, but i don't think it's actually a figure. A figure doesn't seem like it would be a "special mission".

I’m thinking the autograph seems likely. If that’s what it is it would be cool but I’d rather have an 8x10 or something signed rather than the little personnel card.
