With closer inspection , suspect #1 is running in the photo also

I tried uploading it to the FBI , but i keep getting an error message

Suspect 2 is definatly the guy but Suspect 1 is clearly someone different. The guy in this photo is wearing a red coat, multicolored hat, and appears to be Asian. Plus he seems to be with the woman in the pink jacket standing next to him.

Same color pants; but different skin tone, build, height, facial hair, jacket, hat, shoes, and the fact that the woman next to him appears to be with him.

I agree it looks like him. I would send something to FBI, they said they don't know where suspect #1 went to but have picture of suspect #2 leaving area.

Actually its a different hat. The guy is wearing a black hat with white trim. Your guy is wearing a multicolor hat that appears to have red, white, and blue on it.

And now that I look at the pants more closely, they appear to be different as well. The suspect's pants have a tighter cut and slightly lighter color.

There's chaos all over Boston now.
Around 10:40pm an MIT Police Officer was shot and killed while investigating a "disturbance" it was too early to tell if this has anything to do with the bombings on Monday.
While covering that story WHDH 7 had a reporter Adam Williams reporting about an armed robbery in Watertown.
He was caught up in shootings and reports of explosions.
He's on air on the phone running for cover.
This is insane!

That's because only one of the guys is in the photo.

I think I will leave statements like that to experts. The hat could be the same it's hard to compare due to one fairly clear picture and to some quite unclear pics. The rest looks pretty similar but again bad picture to compare from.

Looks like a different person to me.. I would imagine bozo number 2 has to be identified by someone by now.

Granted im no expert, but I work down the hall from a couple guys that do this for a living and have picked up a thing or two.

Unless the suspect managed to change clothes, shrink 4", gain 15 lbs, age ~8 years, grow some facial hair, make a friend, and switch nationality; im 100% certain that its a different guy.

I used my iPad to zoom in on the picture and the differences became pretty obvious.

I have to say K-9 units are so awesome. Just hearing the dogs go ape**** in the background of the radio is music to my ears. Hope they catch this ****er soon.
