Yeah, they had several banners up when I went in to get Dead Space and Silent Hill. I'm going to just pick mine up later in the week.

They are doing a midnight opening at GameCrazy, where I pre-ordered mine. I'm not going. I'll just pick up the game Wed. morning and play for awhile before I go to work.

I never liked the first Fable. I played for about 2 hours and was bored to tears. It reminded me a lot of the Zelda games which I never liked either.

Sorry. Just never cared for it. You rin around with a sword and collect gold pieces. I just found it boring. I found Zelda boring too. I used to be a sports game guy only for the most part. I bought COD2 and I liked it ok. I bought a coupld of other games like Perfect Dark Zero which I hated. Halo 3 was the first shooter I ever really liked a lot until the MP got to be so frustrating. Gears is awesome and I am sure Gears 2 will be as well.

I just find games like Zelda and Fable to be very, very boring.

Yeah, they are not for everyone, you have to have a lot of time and patience to devote to games like these. Some can be pretty fun though, you just gotta find the right one for you.

Yeah, I know there is a great deal of love for these games and that's cool. I don't know why they never really appealed to me. I never really got into Mass Effect either and that was a game I was really looking forward to. I love the KOTR games and I know a lot of people hated the combat style those games had.

I remember staying up ALL night and playing the first KOTR game and literally putting down the controller and then getting dressed and going to work

I have to admit these types of games aren't usually my thing either. I like you was really just into sports games but after I bought my 360 I've pretty much found shooters to be the most fun. Especially the ones where we all get in and play. I'm getting Fable because it does look cool and Kain, Loki, and Spartan have all had really good things to say about it.

I figure if I hate it I've spent $60 on worse things.
