I'm getting more excited for this as it gets closer. This'll be my first one since I just got into collecting 1/6th. I've been going to Frank & Sons since the mid 90's in it's original location. Curious to see how the show is going to be laid out.

Don't forget Free parking and admission for FAMCON 1/6 figure and model convention, also hours for the show are as follows:

I have never been to a Famcon event before at Frank and Son! I have a quick question about the Famcon section though. The advertisement when I read it makes it seem like its really an exhibition with prizes and contest. Will some of these guest booth that will show 1/6 military weapons sell stuff or is it just an exhibition to get you to buy from their site?

There will be several of vendors that specialize in everything 1/6 scale for you to spend all your money on, from figures, vehicles, weapons, accessories, parts, etc.

Still no idea on the price of the Soldier Story figure?

Btw for anyone driving there, it would be a good idea to carpool if possible. Get there EARLY.

To be frank, parking is a joke on a normal weekend, and I can only imagine the nightmare it's going to be to find parking on Con weekend.

Same here my friend, not sure on the price yet, sorry. Agreed, parking can get a little out of hand, great suggestion to arrive early or carpool, also don't forget the show will be open exclusively on Sunday for FAMCON so if you want to go on a less crowded day that might be a better day to go.

You can pick them up at the show, very simple badge holder nothing too fancy, they will say what forum you represent and you can basically fill out/personalize them yourself.
