The two things that really ruined this trailer for me are the awful SS shot and Pedro’s line delivery. Tbh I didn’t notice Thing’s voice. Otherwise it looked kinda cool. Galactus looks awesome.

I guess I missed the awful Silver Surfer shot...?

Hmm, not the most exciting teaser and I'm still not convinced by the casting, but I do like the strong Incredibles vibes I'm getting from the 60s-style designs and costumes.

Thing's voice I think I can get used to over time. But I'm betting they do some extra post-processing for the final movie anyway.

So very interesting that this isn’t a main mcu movie. I hope moving forward we can do more alternate universes. I mean the mcu sorta peaked. And honestly it was really a true marvel universe since a good chunk of the characters were missing.

The Marvel Legends Haslab Galactus is likely the best you’ll get for him unless he shrinks down to human size at some point. He’s a tough character to make anywhere close to accurate size.

Yeah I know it's inevitable, but I honestly don't see the need to bring these guys into the MCU. And same with the new X-Men. Just let them exist in their worlds. Because I don't think audiences are really excited by the crossover thing anymore. They just want to see good stories.

I liked the trailer. Dig the production design. I do think Pedro's miscast but we'll see. Thing's voice ... unusual choice but I guess they want him more emotive and relatable?

Yeah, the one thing the old movies definitely got right was Ben’s voice. Well, that and Jessica Alba in a skin-tight outfit - that’s never wrong lol. But I digress. If the movie is good no one will care if his voice isn’t gruff enough.

That’s cgi on Things eyes, cheeks and lips movement was definitely nowhere close to being done, oomph.

Nothing there looks bad or great just, good. The Thing design is perfect, CGI could look better and the voice needs to be modulated to sound more gravelly. Vanessa Kirby is hot, Johnny looks okay, Pedro is miscast but no glaring issues in the trailer. The real make or break will be Reed's stretching powers, the one power that never looks good in the previous movies. Need to see more.

I don't think that Johnny looks okay. He looks like a huge dork, which doesn't fit the character at all.
