That looks really good. Wolverine looks equally as nice. It seems like there are some pieces that should really get this treatment and pieces like Hulk that shouldn't.

As far as it being a fad? I think so but if they can do some pieces like Cap and Wolverine why not?

i cant wait for my cap to ship. i got the wolverine too. i think the bronze gives them a regal quality not always present in some of the bowen pieces ive seen but thats just one guys opinion. i got wait listed for the spidey, the thor and the daredevil but im not holding my breath. unfortunately my girlfriend saw some of the sale prices on ebay and is already talking about selling them (not gonna happen).

I just passed the Captain America piece for $375 on eBay as the seller had 3 of them.

Nonetheless, these faux bronze looks better than the original paint.

I've been telling myself to stay away from these FB statues because once I start buying one of them, then I MUST buy all of them. And I have a feeling that Bowen will start to produce more of these in the future. Let me see...100 more FB statues = $30,000. I think i'm going to stick with Sideshow and be selective

Spider-Man was scheduled for November, I believe. Thor was scheduled for September and is shipping next week. I think Doom is due up next.

i think the hulk will likely dominate this line, both in demand and price, due primarily to the pose and size. with the exception of abomination, the rest are a museum pose, while the other two fit together, fighting almost like in a diorama.
