I would rather have a prop of the Delorean, but if it was the two real ones, the Tardis is the clear winner. You have to get the Delorean up to 88 mph. The Tardis, you don't. Advantage Tardis.
The Delorean has room for 2. The Tardis could fit 200. Advantage Tardis. You could fit the Tardis in more places, like inside a building. You have to park the Delorean. Again, advantage Tardis.
Functionally, the Tardis is far superior, unless it's the flying Delorean, in which case the Delorean might be the better choice on Earth. The Tardis travels in time and space, so again, the Tardis is the clear winner.
