There's definite contact from both Mexican players. On another day it may have been given. Robben's reputation probably worked against him there.

The refs are just bottling the big decisions, most of their mindset is, '' its better to take no action then do something that could blow up in my face ''. Need some refs with big cojones for these sort of matches.
