Australia are riding their luck and athleticism, if you see how well they pass the ball or even take up positions you know this team will easily not be able to defeat big ones without taking a defensive stance. ALL the goals Australia conceded could have been avoided.

Well this game delivered, definitely worth getting up at 2am for. Pity Oz couldn't take more of their chances. Well done Holland, out of the group they go!

Gutted. Should have converted another at 2-1 and gone on to get a result. Yet again we lose because we gave away cheap goals. But we can be proud of the performance.

Also a big **** you to the people who thought we'd get smacked 4-0.

They're a young team, the lowest ranked team in the tournament, and they out-thought the Dutch for at least half the game. They could have taken more chances, and shut down those the Dutch took, but that's their inexperience showing. It was an entertaining match - facing Spain without Cahill is a blow, but it'll give the young 'uns a good blooding.

Yep, the future is looking bright for us. The same couldn't be said a year ago. Postecoglou has restored my faith in this team.

No Cahill is a massive blow, but hopefully he'll start Taggart and give him some experience at this level.

Spanish team to face Chile

Casillas
Azpilicueta
Javi Martinez
Ramos
Jordi Alba
Busquets
Alonso
Iniesta
Pedro
Diego Costa
Silva

Casillas keeps his place in goal then. Good to see Pedro starting
