I really think FIFA needs to look into retroactive cards for these ridiculous dives.

Agreed. It would help the game. I do enjoy watching Soccer but guys falling all over is annoying and I do think it would help more people in the US like the game.

I think they have good talent, but they just are terrible when playing together as a team.

If English players were really any good, the top clubs around Europe would be queueing up to sign them.

There isn't even one current English player that would get anywhere near a top team in La Liga or the Bundesliga or Serie A because they lack the technical ability and in most cases the intelligence to adapt to any style that's not their own.

Bye, Bye England. :clap :panic: :yess: :hi5:

This about sums it up for me -

:rotfl

Today's/Tonight's predictions from me are as follows -

Italy 2 - Costa Rica 1

Switzerland 1 - France 3

and finally....

Honduras 0 - Ecuador 1

Pirlo's beard is a weapon unto itself, Gerrard got trapped in it and only escaped in time to set Suarez up for Uruguay's winner.

That's a premature send off, England can still get through.

Seriously though, yes it is mathematically possible but I really think England needed to win at least one of these games for them to progress and hey Costa Rica may take all three points off England. It is a 'it's all over' for me in regards to England staying in the competition.

Yeh, I know we need Italy to win but that's taking it a bit far.

Saw an interview with Gerrard last night and all he had to say was 'we're not out yet'.
They don't really deserve a place in the knockout stages imho.
