I have several of the figures on the above list including the TOS Kirk & Spock, BvS Batman, HT Ant-Man, etc

1st choice for FOTY is HT BvS Batman. Beast of a figure, great likeness, lots of accessories, arguably the best HT Batman ever.

2nd goes to QMX Kirk. Finally a high quality 1/6 scale ST: TOS line and reasonably priced to boot. Loaded with stuff. All around well done. Spock sculpt lags slightly behind Kirk but still well done.

Honorable mention to SS 1/6 Deadpool. I much prefer this over the HT movie version (didn't even bother with it). Possibly the most fun FOTY. Outstanding costume, articulation and accessories.
