And a schedule is in progress to post here. I too need one, as I plan to be COMPLETELY CAUGHT UP AND SHIPPED WITH ALL WORK NO LATER THAN MARCH 31st! Call it a self imposed ultimatum. I need it, you guys need your stuff, and I need a frikking break! LOL!
After which I plan a more appropo plan of pay half, then pay when finished and ready for shipping, and a month by month series of commissions only kind of deal from now on.
Each month will book out, and I will do those by the last week of each month, then ship, THEN take more. Wait lists will become the new order of my life. you all some sense of trust in me. I AM working on a cure.

Les, I think this is a great idea. I think other customizers would do well to follow this advice. I'm not sure how long I've had those Nicholson Jokers on order from you (sometime early last summer if I remember correctly) but rest assured, you're not the only outstanding order I'm waiting on that was ordered around the same time...and no one has been as vocal about the hold ups as you. So rest assured, you're ahead of the game.

Pregunta: Might the Nicholson heads be included in the Heath Joker's you are working on?

Oh yeah, just my op but I don't think you should start doing your updates for orders on Facebook. You took the orders here and your customers should not have to go to another online source to find out when they should expect their order. Take that with a grain of salt. Makes things just a little more frustrating.

And I repeat, I too have been in bad situations from time to time, and I can understand how it feels to have so much work to do that you don't know where to start! so I repeat, if you want and can paint that HS, fine! I'd be glad to own a masterpiece by you! But if you feel like your too busy, don't worry, I wouldn't hold any grudge against you. You've been through hell lately and you must take it one step at a time! So hang on and know you have my sympathy and my trust!

I am trying to catch up on packing some of these masses of heads today and this week. What doesn't go out today by 4pm (I hate that pressure worst of all...knowing the Post Office won't wait for me!!) anyway, what with tomorrow through Friday being heavy family days, and Ma off the hook at present thinking we are moving her again (she goes through things from time to time...) I am just making sure I can ship out this week most all the Hickses. I want those little spikey haired devils off my desk and in your hands!

Anyway, some tree cutter guys are taking three trees out of the back neighbor's yard tomorrow morning starting at 8am, and are cutting our power all day due to the power lines being RIGHT BESIDE THE DAMNED TREES!!!... but it doesn't matter because (sticks tongue out and makes that PTTTTHHH noise at them...) I WON'T BE HERE! Will be with Ma for a meeting regarding my getting Guardianship of her, so at least it won't affect work or anything else. Regarding guardianships, anyone got that of their own elder family members? I am moving into uncharted territory for me. Is it like having kids? I know things will change with her, but I am ready. At least I can now make decisions and not be at the mercy of the SYSTEM as much.

On to work! Just dropping in to say Hi and thanks for the comments. Look for a WHOLE NEW START for me once I start posting pics with REAL updates here soon.

Oh, and I meant to say, All updates will be posted here AND some, more concise mentions, at my Facebook. Smaller lists of simply what I have shipped I may post there. So at least those of you at this site, (and others) will know in one spot that stuff is shipping. No biggie. Didn't mean to make it look like I was moving over there. I only just joined up there anyway.

Thanks Scar. You have no idea how much I want to get all this work done, CORRECTLY and out to you guys! None whatsoever! Core of my meager life at present. So, yeah, I am pretty darned motivated. Hope that zeal can help anyone with SATs or whatever...
BTW, for latenight painting goodness, put in Pandora (COOL WEBSITE!) and play some rockin' Ol Skool Funk, and crank it, and a Coke or Pepsi and work into the night! Nothing like a 3am Parliament/Funkadelic support station!

Late night with Ol Skool Funk... man, that is the single coolest thing I have heard anyone say in the longest conceivable time.
