I know we have all been there, itching for something new and didn't want to shell out for it. So you unload a previous purchase (or two...maybe 3) to fund the new figure. I recently did this to pick up the Enterbay 1:4 Terminator 2 T-800 figure by selling my HT T2 T-800. It was simple enough for me, since the figure was going to buy something with much higher quality overall.
HOWEVER I could not bring myself to part with the Hot Toys Terminator Salvation T:700 figure; I know that what I really want is the T-800 and if they re-release it sometime down the pipeline (or Enterbay delivers a 1:4 scale version) I'll definetly pick one up. But there is just something about the T-700, maybe its because of its texture or it's just because I absolutly love the Terminator design . I don't know, but I just could't bring myself to let it hit the evil bay.
What your story of the figure you just couldn't bring yourself to part with?
