Action Figure Final Fantasy VII Remake Collectibles

Makes sense seeing as how the last PO we had from FF was AC Cloud in March of 2022. It's been a whole year since we had anything FF related from them.

Tifa, Aerith and Noctis should be going up for this year.

Damn, has it really been that long? Didn't even realize... I really hope Tifa goes up for pre-order soon. I feel like we were getting prototype pictures 7-8 months ago, and those early prototypes looked great. It's surprising to hear the boss is still not happy yet.

Edit: I just went back and looked, page 127 back in April of last year had a prototype that I still think looks really close to perfect.

iirc part of the issue was getting the headsculpt to strike a balance between the in-game and FMV Tifa models. They're quite different to each other so I can't imagine it's easy to do. Maybe they should've just stuck to one or the other, that's what they did with Cloud and most everyone was happy with how he turned out.

I dunno I woulda been happy with the Tifa that GT showed ages ago, looked perfect to me.

Yeah would have been happy with the initial prototype and don't see too much of a change since then. Wonder if the boss is reaching the area of diminishing return with constantly tweaking her. Still, hope we get preorders for her and Aerith.

Feel like even with if they put out pre order for tifa and aerith now we probably won't see them release till 2 years or so since they still delaying AC Cloud till May, and the death note set probably won't be out till year and a half

I get that tifa looks different in game and in some promo pics, I have the ff7 remake material Ultimania book and other are tons of photos for reference but her looks can change

GT BOSS is a perfectionist. We fully trust GT products. These days, other studios receive customer feedback through social media and apply it to mass-produced products. Unfortunately, the GT doesn't have that. I wish I could communicate better with consumers.

Looking forward to Tifa release. Hope for 2 headsculpt. One is the smiling/resting face, another one is her fight mode face.

I prefer the CG Tifa model than in-game (like her character model in the menu). But I feel like GT is going more for the in-game look.

The creation studio Tifa is probably my favorite one I've seen.

FanArt's 1:3 is going for the FMV look which is quite unique, plus it's based on her key art. This has the potential to be the best statue of Remake Tifa imo.

I put that as my 2nd favorite. Just the proportions are a bit off for me and still prefer the creation face and hair.

Who knows how any of these will turn out. Though I have checked some creation stuff and they seem to match proto decently.

Hopefully Aeris is one of those figures that go up this year, I'd like one to go with AC Cloud. Tifa looks fantastic but I ended up deciding I wanted the FanArt 1:3 statue instead.

How can you get that?

Nice, I have the same AC coaster and napkin from when I went too. Wish I could've somehow kept the chocolate buster sword.

I wanted to keep Yuffie's chocholate Shuriken too
