GT Cloud is not 11.5 inches.... he's around 12.7 in. to the tip of the hair. His forehead is around 12 inches. GT are tad overscaled but they are at least in scale with each other.

I'm definitely not measuring to the tip of the hair, but eyeballing where the top of his head really is, and there's admittedly a lot of room for error there. That's why I was more interested in the shoulder to shoulder measurement against the flight suit ESB Luke. But I was admittedly measuring the AC Cloud because he's easier to take out of my setup and I thought they were the same size, but measuring the remake one just now I see the AC version actually stands about 1/4 inch shorter than the Remake Cloud (which I think comes down to the heel of the boots). I think the point mostly still stands that Remake Cloud is taller than people think he is.

Cloud is canonically 5'8", but models in game may vary, scaling in games has never been perfect.

Like in games where meters on the waypoints don't feel like actual meters when traversing the world.
