I live in Hong Kong, the 5th wave COVID happen long after cloud+daytona available in all local stores here

Depends on how much you paid + shipping, there are some stores in China still have cloud+daytona for sale but of coz at higher price

i paid in total 4080 hkd 521 usd for 2 cloud and 1 bike looking at the current prices there is a huge gap.
but the first 680hkd are non refundable the contract says,so im gonna get like 440 usd which they dont get me cloud alone right now i think.
you seem to be on the market.
what you would suggest?
cloud 1/6 is the figure i was waiting for years since im a hardcore 1/6 collector and play arts kai and final fantasy collector and now this happens.
if it was any other character i would take the money back and let it go.

Orders from KGHobby shipped end of December / early January. As far as I know the only orders that haven't shipped were due to customer requests to hold off until shipping is cheaper.

So after I published the situation with TW on various networks, I received a notification from TW requesting payment for the shipment. However there is something strange,they used a Play Arts Kay product image in their mail... Another mistake, or just one last trolling from them?

@IoannisApostolakis another people got the final invoice from them but showing a play arts kai image with just $62 shiping quote

So it's a mystery, do they have the product? Just having some? or they have the wrong product?

As mentioned before, the figure was released in January, all stores got the cloud figure, ALL except them. I wonder if any supplier willing to hold for 3 months?

Everything make zero sense to me but I can't help you to make the decision as the market price is so high right now

yes i know all the above that you mentioned and about the wrong invoice.yesterday they emailed me from customer services that it will be soon ready to ship and today the sale supports team emailed that it will be delayed end of April early May.
I mean if they honestly deliver it its fine to wait its not life and death situation but as you mentioned above they dont even know ,do they have the product?are they goining to?is it all fake?
Whats the best price you can find single cloud right now on the local shops you mentioned?

I put some pressure on TW Customer Service yesterday after seeing a lot of the back and forth and they sent me the same email. I've only got standard edition Cloud by himself, no Fenrir.

@Kit Chen I have the same question, do you have any connections or options from local shops I could just order through you? I don't mind paying a bit extra, but if it's like triple the price or something I may have to sit this out and hope that TW comes through. Looks like originally I paid about 175USD without shipping cost. With shipping it would probably be around 250USD.

even if they send me in the end an extra figure is always welcome .i ordered 2 in case something happens on the 1st body..etc i will sell the 3rd if they send me to someone who missed the chance for the price i paid

Not just about product delay, they start to charge people for figures not even release yet, that leads my customers to ask if we are having the product soon

I checked and confirmed with supplier that the said figure is not even close to release

Once people pay for their final invoice, they send another email to apologize and say its delaying to April/May

Yes i know they do that which is bad,i shop locally from a very nice guy here everything except when he cant find something,which at that time he couldnt cloud,the rest gametoys he did and had them on the 1st bunch release,Ichigo from bleach and Sephiroth,and will have zack and ac cloud from him.

Thanks Kit, I'm just looking for standard without the bike. Is that 410 + shipping? (Shipment to east coast USA)
