Yeah, it looks better without the stand, I just get nervous about falling figures when they don't have Stands.

I guess one possibility would be a Medicom stand with the base turned around and hidden by his cape, I'll have to try that when I get a chance.

How about some double-sided tape under the boots? Have you tried? I have been thinking about it but I don't want to damage the figure

I've had my Vader, and actually all of my figures standing without stands for months. No issues whatsoever.

So long as you do a stability check theyre fine.

Assuming you don't live in an earthquake done of course !

Looks great man, especially with the red light, but I agree Vader looks best without stand, closer to the front. I've never used stands and never had a problem:

I'm not in an earthquake zone but unfortunately my place shakes just enough if someone above or next door is running or something.
