yah totally...i would love to see a huge push for skaar on marvel's behalf. and maybe i'm not giving the red story line a chance and just ^^^^^ing about it before the thing has run its course (kind of like the azarello/lee superman run i guess). i really want it to be connected to banner somehow though.

I ^^^^ing hated that run, I didn't even finish it. As soon as Zod showed up I stopped buying.

I like the Red Hulk idea. I like the New Thor. at the same time I also like the Old Thor and Green Hulk. As an avid comic reader, I like how Marvel and DC are taking chances on changing some things a bit. New Capt. America, divorced Spiderman, Red Hulk, X-force, New X-Men, New Thor, New Avengers, etc... Times change and I'm glad that comic book characters are too.

I like the Red Hulk and I wouldn't mind it hanging around to give the Green and proper Hulk some real competition but there has been far too much action and far too little explanation which is Loeb's styling. Look as HUSH for example it was a great story with nice twists only to have it end up being Tommy Elliot underneath the bandages? Especially with the Jason Todd herring thrown out that ended up sticking anyway. I guarantee you that the last issue of this will be anti-climatic.

Also, I don't understand the downgrading of Hulk. I thought the WWH Hulk version was absolutely perfect for the modern age and to undo that just makes me scratch my head at Quesada and company. Someone should really beat the ^^^^ of him for letting these stories go through.

I can't believe Marvel has let Loeb do whatever he wants. The story so far is absolutely atrocious.

On the flip side, it is the most fun book out there right now and I pick it up every month when it comes out.

Loeb has that kind of creditability apparently. People act like he can do no wrong. Bendis has that as well.

With Loeb writing Surfer and Galactus are in trouble.

I guarantee you something with those two comes along. I'm waiting for him to walk up and kick the snot out of Odin himself. If Juggernaut, The Blob and Sentry didn't show up in WWH I would expect them here as well. Although I wouldn't be surprised if the Green Hulk wasn't actually the real Green Hulk but another imposter and the real one shows up in the last issue....

And finally, I agree with most people here..I think the Red Hulk is ridiculous...I'd like to know how in the hell, loeb's gonna get out of this mess....Biggest travesty was to take out the WWH Personna...WTF..It was the absolute best Hulk in years...Dumb Hulk back in 2008 ?!?!?....ewwwwww...No thanks....

I dont have a problem with Red Hulk beating everybody, I just hope he's part of the Bruce Banner personna..if not that will be even lamer...

Loeb has to be stopped. I love The Long Halloween, and thought he did a great job with Fallen Son. But this year he's simply snapped. There's no other explanation for the train wreck that his writing has become.

Look at The Ultimates 3. Following up two beautiful works by Millar, Loeb takes the reigns and promptly drives the franchise off a cliff. Ridiculous all of the way through. And this is the guy that Marvel is putting in charge of re-invigorating the entire Ultimate line of books! Disastrous...

Red Hulk is sophomoric. After the climactic end of Planet Hulk and WWHulk, I would have thought they would come up with something better than this. The House of Ideas has run dry, apparently, in the Big Green department.

There's no meaning to this. The dialogue is crap. There isn't enough story to call the story crap. It's just big booms and splash pages and lots of violence. Like the 90s Marvel junk blended with Image-style nonsense.

he's always been a smart character. No one know's for sure why he is Red, sho he is, what his weaknesses are, etc... Right now, he is just pounding everyone that gets in his way. Best one so far, imo, is Red Hulk vs. The Watcher. Funny stuff.


I would like to see Red Hulk go against Iron man, Sentry, Black Bolt, even the whole X-men crew.
