I love that piece. I have the exclusive, but find that the blaster pistol is much more iconic.

What did the exclusive have?

I don't remember my first piece.

Shouldn't this be in the general statue forum? Or is it for Marvel only?

ohhh, the culo on this piece is strong. I probably can bounce a quarter off of it. My Ex is all boxed up and waiting for display space. so is my ex bison.

my first piece is ex diablo 3 overthrown...but who cares.

I Must Agree with you on the Culo my Friend, those are two Great SF Pieces and I don't really care but the Diablo 3 is Great Statue.

My first SS piece was the ANH Luke PF, before that I got a few GG busts piece I ever bought was the chrome Stormtrooper.
I ended up buying all the following SW PFs for awhile and had around 50 GG busts.
Sold the GG busts and bought a bunch of Marvel, first Marvel piece I bought was the Wolverine Comiquette which I grabbed for a bargain £30!
Now only collect 1/4scale stuff with the exception of a couple of comiquettes.
Now have 10 SW PFs, 4 custom 1/4 SW figures and 9 Marvel.

My 1st statue was this Bowen Spidey Classic statue back in 2001. I was in high school so I had no intentions of starting a statue collection, I just wanted my favorite character for my bookshelf, saved my after school job money and went fot it.

10 years later I randomly crossed an Internet ad for the Black Panther PF. The detailing was amazing and shocking to me, my LCS never carried SS statues so BP was the 1st time I had even heard of it. I had to have it, found a good deal for a Regular on eBay and it was my 1st SS piece. I've been hooked ever since and at that point started collecting.

The Back In Black Spider Man bust EX was mine. Hope to one day have a black suit PF to display next to it. The busts next to the PF's look great together if you have the nameplate

Well there's the Back in Black Comiquette if you can pay that price. I'd love to have those 2 though. And I agree, I love displaying my statues with the busts and name plates.

I wanted to ask too, which cap statue does everyone think is the best? I want a 1/4 scale, I've been looking, A LOT of cool customs out there as well.

Great set up Peedi I haven't seen the legendary bust displayed with PF's like that before but I love it. I may have to look into the same as I start to get PF's. I have deadpool coming soon, I don't believe they have made a LSB of him yet might have to pick it up.

I had a similar experience to you as I got a DC Direct Jim Lee Superman statue about 7 years ago then stumble upon SS about 2 years ago. It took me a while to convince myself I wanted to get into this hobby as it can be expensive and require some serious space but last year atduring SDCC I ordered my first piece Batman then Deadpool during spook. Sadly I have not yet received either piece.

Arctic Beast we have similar stories...I hesitated, too, but once I saw the characters I enjoy I couldn't resist. I have Batman and Deadpool on the way, too. At least it's not too much longer for us for DP...
