I love the Conchords and have been a fan for along time now, ever since I discovered their 'Frodo Don't Wear The Ring' song. The #4 folk parody group in New Zealand.

Digging up this old thread because OMG, the Flight of the Conchords show ROCKS I just can't get over how freakin' funny it is. I've watched pretty much every episode now, except for the first 3, and I cry with laughter everytime. The French song from the 'Girlfriends' episode is brilliant. I'm laughing just thinking about it.

Anyway, if you haven't taken 30 minutes to watch this show, you are doing yourself a huge dis-service, so do it! :emperor

Hey!! I am glad a few of you had the chance to enjoy the show this summer. I loved the season but was not thrilled with the finale. HBO renewed the show for a second season thankfully!

Glad you discovered this show Dusty. Great minds eh? What's your favorite episode? Mine's the one with Jemaine as David Bowie, prolly followed by the season finale when Todd the bongo player joins the group. Good news is HBO has renewed the Conchords for a second season.

EDIT: they also released a new EP recently including the hilarious 'If You're Into It'. New album coming Jan 2008.
