When my dad was in the Army we moved to Cyprus about 10 years ago and they had a small American quarters there.
Damn did they like to show off there meat cooking skills, freaking loved it. Damn, doi ever miss a steak cooked by a American, steak in the UK is rubbish.

I just bought a grill - it's awfully pretty too. :D Can't wait for some good weather so I can throw on some beef! :rock
 
I made some tasty chicken kabobs tonight, I looooove to grill.


On the topic of steak, anyone ever brush butter onto the meat prior to grilling? It's a nice little trick -- sears in the juices. :drool
 
Moonie's steak is perfectly cooked. As long as it's hot, I'll eat it, no matter how red. I can't stand well done steak. Sometimes it tastes like liver then. :monkey4
 
It's that time of year again Freaks! Kain and I were talking on Saturday night and as a result I am grilling me up some hobo potatoes tonight with a big fat steak. :rock

I was making a 18lbs turkey for Easter and my rotisserie broke about an hour in so I had to improvise. :banghead
