6 days is to much dude, i think you will get even better results if you give your muscles more time to heal between training days. 4 days of hard training is enough. Still competing in a bodybuilding show is impressive, good work!
Thats not true, it depends if your working the same muscles every day. Most will alternate lower and upper body workouts so you only work a part of the body every other day.

Hmm yeah you might be right. 4 days is enough to get really good results though, worked for me atleast.
