I wasn't able to watch it, as I just got in to work and logged in and someone posted the code that very moment, so I rushed over and it had already expired. It's all free and nice of them to do it anyway, so I'll never really complain about not getting a code, but I do think that 5 minutes is the sweet spot for random codes. Most aren't sitting around waiting for codes all day, so even with a five minute window most will miss them anyway. The five minutes just gives those watching actual time to swap over to their login page, login, type the code, and hope it works, and also makes up for whatever delay there may be. Two minutes is an incredibly fast opening.
