Well poop, I just read the Sideshow Blog about the costume contest and found out there was a pet category!

I never even looked into the costume contest as it's not my thing, but had I know they were doing pet costumes this year I would have entered my cat Hobie as Rocket Racoon:

Well poop, I just read the Sideshow Blog about the costume contest and found out there was a pet category!

Aww, that's adorable. My wife buys little hats to put on our cats that they absolutely hate and won't wear for more than 10 seconds. She hasn't tried a full on costume yet but I'm know it's coming.

I'm sure they'll be accused of snivelling and banned from the super secret special Susan group next year. I thought about asking why the Spook deals were so "meh" but figured Susan's followers would jump all over me to try to get her attention.

I'll try to time any procedures for next year around Spook. I'm going to continue to be loopy all week after yesterday's procedure then will hopefully be good for another 6 months.

I don't see how anyone can complain about something that's free. I'm all for any event that Sideshow puts on that gives me the opportunity to get free reward points. They're the only company doing anything like that so I hope they continue to do it.

The contests don't mean anything to me because I don't win any. The sales are what I look forward to the most because in the past they've been pretty good. Depending on what was offered, I probably would have spent between $500-1000 dollars this Spook if Sideshow would have had the same type of sales they did last year. I was trying to budget for sales during Spook so I could go nuts if I wanted to but turns out I'll get to use that money elsewhere.

I think they should do more smaller prizes as well as large ones. "We're giving away 10 figures to the next 10 people who enter". Or find a code and enter it. That code could win a figure or statue of your choice. They used to do that with the Mistress thing.

I organized Secret Santa last year and was planning on doing it again.

You did an amazing job. I will have plenty of time, so let me know if you want some help in anything.

We could even start that up now, maybe a deadline by mid November, so we can allow those that want to buy stuff (which isn't necessary, but their choice if they want) to do so with Black Friday or anything else. That's my 2 cents.
