I thought about going in for the Funko box at Gamestop but just wanted the Superman Funko. Didn't want to wait and then not get it or have to buy several of them to give myself a better chance. It'll pop up somewhere.

True. I'm hoping to get the Power Armor.

I pulled 2x power armor, 1x batgirl, 1x claptrap. I have 5 more I'm getting for Christmas so... Hot Topic was out of the mystery ones, I want the Harley Quinn from their mystery pops.

I bought the Hot Topic black and white Superman on eBay for $17 shipped. Well worth it to me since I don't have a store in town and wouldn't have gotten up for it anyway. Don't want to pay eBay prices for the Gamestop Superman though. Hopefully it'll go down a bit when the hype dies off.

The good thing about family understanding the collecting needs Power Armor are all going on my Fallout shelves, any other extras a friend gets first dibs on. Hoping to pull a non-Claptrap/Superman gold.

After hearing about some GS locations opening the boxes to get the good stuff, I checked mine. One was opened, but it had a Gold Batman inside, so I'm happy.

I didn't look into the EB boxes. I didn't get out until around 12:30pm and that was only briefly. I didn't really want any of the figures, and it's too pricey to attempt to get some for others unless you're looking to put the misses up on Ebay. I did stop at Hot Topic, but they didn't seem to have any either. Not shocking...I'm sure these Pops! were gone quite early...just thought I'd check while I was there.

What were the Hot Topic mystery ones? I couldn't find any pics. May have to check again now!

Ah, so Supes, Flash, Joker or the chase Harley? Ah well, that's all good then. I expect there'll be some more Star Wars thrown into the mix come next year...which is probably bad.

Great price on Ebay for Supes Zod! Can't beat $17...basically cost, without any of the waiting or risk!

I haven't heard of gold HT ones. I know GameStop had the gold alts, though.

I know it's a bit early, but let’s get this going! I don’t want this to be stressful for anyone—there’s already a lot going on for people this time of year—but there need to be some ground rules.

If you say you’re going to participate THEN PARTICIPATE. If anyone gets a gift and doesn’t send one then I’m personally banning them from any contests I hold here. I’ll also announce it in the Freaktacular thread so everyone knows you didn’t reciprocate. We didn't have a problem last year so let's not start now.

Gift value of around $20. If you want to surprise someone with more then that’s your prerogative—I’m sure the lucky person won't complain.

Send your gift so it will be received before Christmas, and we can all post what we got starting Christmas day.

Send me a PM with:

1. Your name and shipping address.

2. State whether or not you will send a gift overseas (one way to avoid overseas shipping costs may be to buy something directly from that country’s Amazon website and have it ship from there).

3. Include an license/character of interest just to give your Secret Santa an idea of what you like--this doesn’t mean you’re guaranteed anything related to it but for those that want the information they’ll have it.

When I get a PM, I’ll add your name to the list and keep it updated in the Freaktacular thread.
