if I'm on twitter and I see chicky throw one out i might try a few times a year, but spook is an absolute mess now.

I guess they decided to go the social media route to gain more exposure across the internet. I'll happily avoid it all.

I enter the easy contests during Spook, but I'm not making a fool of myself for a figure they can't sell anyway.

I tried periscope last year. All I did was ask for certain figures. Susan generally grants one pathetic soul a free fig just for asking. So I generally just ask. I don't do instagram, Facebook, or whatever.

I do try the contests on twitter but those have gotten crazy now.

It was so much more fun in here last year compared to Spook. I won't lie, I did punch in the occasional reward points codes, but didn't go out of my way to find them all. Freaktacular rules!

On Twitter you can sell your soul to Chicky for something, but usually you have to do something pretty embarrassing to get picked. A lot of the contests on Twitter require a picture or video, though sometimes Chicky will ask trivia questions and you just have to be the first to answer or she'll draw a winner's name from everyone that got it right.

I definitely try to get reward point codes from Sideshow. I'm not staying up all night for $5 but I'll get the ones I can.

Best thing about Freaktacular besides seeing all us freaks rise from the dead is definitely the chat room. The social media has gotten out of hand but sometimes its fun. This year I'll just reside myself to the forum and the chat room.
