Re: Freaktacular 2016

You gotta post pictures of where they filmed. That's awesome!!

These are not my own. I got them on the web....

The Myers home:

Here's a cool one that shows the home as well as the Hardware store where Michael gets his infamous Captain Kirk mask:

This is the home across the street where a lot of the murdering took place:

Wow I never knew the hardware store was so close to the house!

Re: Freaktacular 2016

Awesome pics man. I didn't realise they tore down the houses to the left of it and build that street.

Re: Freaktacular 2015

Is everybody still interested in new signatures? I've got a few ideas. One of those ideas is to pass the torch on to Goose (who does some awesome sigs). If everybody is still into new avatar sigs, I'm still down for it.

Yep I'm down for it. Man this thread gets busy. :lol Glad everyone is ready for Spooks! I've been ready since end of August. I put my decorations up then.

Actually, the Myers home was located across the street from where it sits now. If we were lucky enough to be there in '78 during filming, we would have seen the original location of the house.

It has since been used for business. Even a dentist was seeing clients in the house at one point. LOL!
It's now recognized by the city of Pasadena as a local landmark. Freakin awesome! :rock

Re: Freaktacular 2016

In the picture I posted of the Hardware store, you'll see the word 'RADHIKA' on the green awning of the store front.
This place is actually an Indian restaurant. Haha. Anyone local that likes that kind of food should stop by. They have the best Chicken Tikka and Saag. :yess:

Re: Freaktacular 2016

oh i've been to LA, i don't think i'd ever want to live there, though visiting is fun! :D
LOL!
Speaking of different restaurants... we even have an Ethiopian restaurant. I never thought I'd see that. Nearly got into an accident as I drove past the place, making sure I read it correctly. :lol

Re: Freaktacular 2016

Those pictures make me want to fire up my bluray player and watch the Halloween movies (not rob zombie ones).
