I too missed an opportunity earlier this very year sir. Mr Roberto Englund came to Oz Comicon and I did not attend. I did not get a signature from Sir Englund on the base. Had I done so I would have asked him to sign 'welcome to prime time wench!'.

Had I done this I would certainly have made

However I didn't and so I cry at night like a little ***** and am totes jelly of people who have sigs on their Freddys.

I was recently in vacation in the US from Australia with a few friends and we usually stay at a house in Laguna Beach. We had heard that Robert Englund lived there but didn't really think much about it until my friends were out one day and saw him on the side of the road. They ended up doing an illegal U-turn to turn back around and stopped to talk to him. He ended up being the coolest guy ever and got heaps of pictures with them and told them about a movie he was working on.

All this happened on a day that I decided to go to LA to train in a boxing gym for the day, then ironically on the way home bought some Freddy figures from Frank and Sons, ended up missing out on a once in a lifetime chance.
