Forgive the poor pics, but he arrived after the sun went down. But, as always, I wanted to post my fresh-from-the-box pics without futzing, etc. Just to see what I got.
I'll fix him up tomorrow when I have light.
But I have to agree with what has been said many times here... these Hobbits really are terrific little figures. And their little size makes them even more cool. They're so tiiiiiiny.
I actually like the face -- the way it's done, the new "paint" or lack thereof. Looks good at night so far anyway.
Clothing rocks, I knew that. Can't wait to strip this little ficker down and see what he's got.
My legs don't look too bad. Not much of a seam split -- thank god. The whole ball joint thing is kinda lame, but what are you gonna do? Foot sculpt is great! So are his little hands!
Overall -- very happy with this guy! I'll know more tomorrow.

Did you put both knives/swords on him? Not sure what to do with the Weathertop sword.

Nice video. But the music makes me think John Candy with a cigarette tapping the wheel. I need to see "Planes, Trains..." again.
